  • Bio:

    During high school, Nancy excelled as a track athlete and was a student trainer for the football team. Her sheer enjoyment for athletic performance guided her to get involved with training and rehabilitation as a means to keep people at their peak performance for life or sport. Yearning to bridge the gap between personal training and physical therapy, Nancy obtained certifications from the C.H.E.K Institute.  As a Holistic Wellness Coach she enables people to identify roadblocks to their health and wellness.   In addition to coaching she draws from her experience as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates,  Strength and Conditioning Specialist along with various release techniques to help balance bodies from the inside out.   Her approach combines a thorough assessments of one’s needs with an intelligently designed program to support healthful habits.  Her vision is to teach individuals to reduce stress, increase vitality, and to facilitate healthy lifestyle choices through proper diet and  exercise.
