I have a passion for movement and balance which I will share with you. I will help you reconnect to your body by explaining and strengthening your core. My sessions will increase flow of movement, improve body awareness, and teach you how to focus your effort and attention to achieve goals to keep you doing the things you love. I will challenge you and customize each workout combining the best tools for your body. My goal is to help you achieve more in your life by applying these tools and helping you become more physically fit and able regardless of your current physical state. Let’s

My love of Pilates and exercise started early. I trained, performed, competed, and coached in dance, gymnastics, and Kung-Fu and it all evolved into Pilates. I have a BFA from Rutgers University where I studied dance and exercise. I love how Pilates knowledge transforms your body and lends itself to all sports and physical activities and I love teaching it. I am a parent, participating in a progressive, cooperative school. I write articles and journal on fitness insights, solo parenting, and Endometriosis issues. I practice Pilates daily.
